My mother referred Mr. Rosenbaum to me as she dealt with a work injury almost seven years ago and had nothing but good things to say. Being on NYS Workers comp I can say that during Covid, it was a bit challenging on the States part as they still required a lot from a person who was suffering in pain and trying to travel during covid in NYC. But Steve and Diana stayed on top of it and helped me through all the barriers Comp tried to place before me. I will say, Diana, answered every question, got back to me quickly and dealt with me asking the same fifty questions with no attitude and no issue.
